Just in time for winter, beer lovers can cuddle up with the third seasonal release from Red Brick Brewing Co. and Georgia Aquarium: Sea Otter Stout.

Red Brick Brewing Co., Atlanta’s oldest operating craft brewer, and Georgia Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the Western Hemisphere, have partnered together to create a special-edition winter brew perfect for the holidays, Sea Otter Stout. This roasty American stout brings attention to one of Georgia Aquarium’s most beloved animals, the Southern sea otter. A portion of Sea Otter Stout sales will go towards Georgia Aquarium’s southern sea otter research and preservation efforts.

Red Brick and Georgia Aquarium continue to create beer that represents Atlanta in a unique way and highlights both organizations’ commitment to conservation.

Launch Party at Red Brick Brewing

Grab your favorite holiday PJs and join us for a holiday morning party! Just like when you woke up as a kid excited for all the presents, but this time, it's for a brand new beer.

Sea Otter Stout will launch on Friday, December 1 with a public event held at Red Brick Brewing Co. from 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. Try Sea Otter Stout for the first time ever, including three holiday-themed variants: eggnog, cinnamon, and chocolate peppermint. We will have live music, food trucks, and a special appearance by Santa himself! More importantly, a portion of proceeds goes towards Georgia Aquarium’s southern sea otter research and preservation initiatives. Bring a toy to donate for Toys for Tots and receive $5 off (we welcome additional toy donations, but have to limit our $5 discounts to one per person!)

Where to Buy

The beer is a limited-edition release and will be available on draft at Red Brick beginning Friday, December 1. Sea Otter Stout will be on shelves in select stores, and Café Aquaria at Georgia Aquarium, the week of December 4.
