Party Process

General Information

Upon arrival to the aquarium, party guests enter all together and check-in at the orange Guest Services desk just inside the main entrance. Party attendees will be greeted by a party coordinator and given their tickets and materials for the day.

Additional time will not be provided in the party room if guests are tardy. All parties must end on time to allow access to the room for any other events or activities. Parties should give themselves plenty of time to park and navigate to the aquarium entrance.

Parties are available for all ages.

All participants must stay with the party during the 90-minute party time. Once party is released into the Aquarium, we advise parents to stay with children.

If parents are dropping off children for party, please arrange to meet the children afterward. Georgia Aquarium is not responsible for children that are dropped off. Your party coordinator will meet your party group at the main Aquarium entrance to facilitate group entry into the Aquarium.

Transportation of items from the parking lot to the party room is not the responsibility of Georgia Aquarium. We are able to check presents for you complimentary at the information desk.

Other Information: 

Date Changes
Date changes must be made at least three weeks before the scheduled party. All changes made less than three weeks of the party date will incur a $100 fee in addition to the total party charge, payable on the date the change is made. If a requested date change is unavailable due to party bookings by other Georgia Aquarium patrons, unfortunately, the request must be considered a cancellation. We will be happy to place you on a waiting list.

Cancellations
All deposits are nonrefundable. A written request is required for all refunds over the non-refundable $300 deposit if you need to cancel. Cancellations made less than three weeks before party date will incur a 50% fee of the total cost of the party. Written requests should be made to mfranklin@georgiaaquarium.org with "Party Cancellation" on the subject line.

Refunds
All deposits are nonrefundable. All refund requests for additional moneys paid must be submitted in writing. There are no refunds for no-shows or tardiness.
