EATING IN THE AQUARIUM:

Bringing your lunch:
If you bring your own lunch, we encourage you to take advantage of our downtown location and picnic in one of the outdoor spaces surrounding our building. Please reference the list of options below when planning your trip. We cannot store lunches or provide space for groups to eat lunches inside of our building. In the event of inclement weather, we recommend eating lunch under the pavilions in Centennial Park, in the atrium of the CNN Center, on the bus, or back at school.

  • Pemberton Place - Pemberton Place is the green space located in between Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola, perfect for groups who want to picnic.
  • CNN Center - The CNN Center is located only a few blocks away from Georgia Aquarium and houses a number of fast food options in their on-site food court.
  • Centennial Olympic Park - Centennial Olympic Park is located right next to Georgia Aquarium and provides plenty of green space to gather a group.
