How do we make a reservation?

Georgia Aquarium Group Sales can offer group rates based on group minimums listed above:

You can make a group reservation through the Georgia Aquarium Group Sales Office. Please submit a request for a reservation packet or call 404-581-4121. After returning a reservation form and non-refundable $100 deposit, we will make a reservation for you and send you an invoice for your balance via e-mail. Please note that all group reservations must be made in advance and require payment in full before your group arrives.

We don’t know how many people are coming, is this a problem?

Absolutely not! When making an initial reservation, we just need to know your tentative numbers. We understand that you will most likely need to collect money from everyone in your group and you probably don’t have commitments from everyone in your group as of yet. We do not need to know your final numbers and need your final payment until later. Please reference the chart below for final numbers and final payment due dates:

Will we receive an invoice/receipt for our ticket purchase?

Definitely! Once you return your reservation form, you will receive an invoice showing your confirmation number and balance. You will also receive an updated invoice after each payment or change to your reservation is made. When contacting Georgia Aquarium Group Sales, please reference your confirmation number for faster service.

How will we receive our tickets?

You can pick your tickets up at the Will Call window on the day of your visit using the confirmation number provided on your invoice or you may choose to have your tickets shipped to you. Please note that the Will Call window can have a longer line during peak times so we suggest planning accordingly and allowing at least 30 minutes in your schedule to pick up your tickets for your group. Free shipping of tickets is offered for groups via UPS overnight. We suggest having your tickets shipped to you to avoid the Will Call line. Tickets for the Georgia Aquarium Sleepover Program, Aqua Adventures Self-Guided Program, and Instructor-Led Program cannot be shipped.

Where is the Will Call window?

The Will Call window is located in the Georgia Aquarium plaza at the main entrance to Georgia Aquarium. The Will Call window is the window furthest to the left if you are facing the ticketing windows.

Can we make changes to our ticket order or reservation at the Will Call window?

All Group Sales ticket orders and reservations must be paid for in advance and all changes must be made through the Group Sales office. The Group Sales office can be reached at 404-581-4121. The Group Sales office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm.

What is the wait time at the Will Call window?

Wait times at the Will Call window vary. We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes earlier than your anticipated entry time to allow for ticket pick up.

We already have our tickets. What do we need to do?

Groups who already have their tickets can proceed to the main entrance of the aquarium and make their way through the security line.
