Red White & View Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: I haven’t been to the family fireworks event before, what is it like?
A: We reserve level 6 and 7 of our parking deck for the event. Level 6 is a large covered area where food, activities and music will be located. Level 7 is open and uncovered and the best spot to see the fireworks. Additional tickets can be purchased on site at any ticket window or online until we sell out.

Q: I bought tickets for the event, what do I do and where do I go?
A: Bring your printed tickets with you to Level 1 of our parking deck at the main registration area just outside the Oceans Ballroom entrance. We have volunteers checking guests in, where you will receive a wristband for every guest over age 3. You then can proceed to Level 6 and Level 7 to set up and enjoy the free activities. A wristband is required to enter any part of Level 6 or Level 7.

Q: I am not able to print my tickets and bring them with me, what should I do?
A: Please bring an ID of the ticket purchaser to show at the Will Call section at registration on Level 1 of the Parking Garage. We will look up your order number and distribute your wristbands accordingly.

Q: What if it rains? Will the fireworks show still go on?
A: While we can’t speculate on the final decision of Centennial Olympic Park to set off the fireworks, in years past they have been delayed up until 12 midnight. If they are delayed, we will allow guests to stick around to catch the show. Unfortunately, this is a rain or shine event and refunds cannot be offered.

Q: What if the fireworks show is rescheduled? Can we come back to see the show?
A: We will contact all guests IF a make-up date can be scheduled. Again, this is a rain or shine event, no refunds can be offered.

Q: Your website says no alcohol, why is that?
A: There are many rules and regulations that oversee alcohol consumption in public places and outdoors in the City of Atlanta. For this event, guests at Red White & View will not be able to consume alcohol on Level 6 or 7 of the event. We do however encourage you to bring a picnic to enjoy! (You can’t do that in Centennial Park!)

Q: What’s the traffic like downtown Atlanta on July 4th? Can I park in the Aquarium’s garage?
A: The City of Atlanta issues a heavy traffic alert for downtown Atlanta due to the large volume of people in a small area. We recommend you take MARTA! If you do drive, parking is available in our deck (until it fills up) for $10 per car. Please pay before you get in your car to exit the garage.
