St. Patrick’s Day at Georgia Aquarium: Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17

St. Patrick’s Day at Georgia Aquarium

Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Georgia Aquarium on Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17, 2013! Live performances from Irish dancers and musicians will be held on both days, allowing you to enjoy the aquarium exhibits while listening to traditional Irish song and dance. To enjoy our exhibits even further, we will be having a St. Patrick’s Day themed scavenger hunt throughout the galleries. If you get the answers to the scavenger hunt right, you can win chocolate coins from Fisher O’Gill’s pot of gold!* There will also be presentations and feedings in our special exhibit, Frogs – A Chorus of Colors.

St. Patricks’ Day doesn’t just have to be about the color green though! Georgia Aquarium wants you to learn how to be green as well! Our very own ‘Fisher O’Gill’ will have signs throughout the aquarium’s galleries reminding you how you can help the oceans and environment. There will also be a special Deepo’s Chat where you can learn about being green.

*Scavenger Hunt from 11am-2pm each day. Gold coin prizes available while supplies last.
