If you reserved a timed ticket online to visit the Aquarium, bring the receipt, which has a barcode on it. If you reserved a timed ticket through the Call Center, you will need your order number for entry. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at 404.581.4444.
I’m having difficulty printing my electronic ticket.
If you bring your order number or your order confirmation with a photo ID, we can access your order in our ticketing system to issue your permanent annual pass. Please reserve a time for your visit for the most expedited entry.
How do I reserve a date and time to visit the Aquarium?
Click here to choose the date and time you would like to visit. You may be required to enter your user ID and password that you created when you first purchased your passes. Annual Pass holders are not required to make a reservation. However, we recommend making reservations for weekends, holidays and school breaks and purchasing tickets for your guests in advance.
I have a child under the age of three. Do they need an Annual Pass or a reservation?
Children under the age of three do not require an Annual Pass or a reservation to enter the Aquarium. They’re welcome to enter with their ticket-holding adult.
My reservation is for 10 a.m. The next slot is at 11 a.m. Can I only stay for one hour?
The time on your ticket only dictates when you may enter the Aquarium. Once you’ve entered the Aquarium, you can stay until the Aquarium closes. We use a timed ticket entry system to control the flow of visitors and to ensure that you have a pleasant visit.
I need to make a change to my Annual Pass order.
Send us an email with your request to Visitor Services. Please include your full name, order number, reason for change and a phone number where we can contact you during business hours.

Yes, if you are an Annual Pass Member, you can purchase a Guest Pass that can be used for admission when you bring friends and family. Now you can bring a different friend or family member with you each time you visit! Guest passes allow you to bring one guest per pass each visit. All Annual Passes and Guest Passes are issued for a specific person and are non-transferable. Annual Pass holders may also use their member discount to purchase tickets for friends and family.
Do you offer a family pass?
All of our passes are for individuals. You can purchase the arrangement of passes that best suits your family.
If I purchase passes as a gift, how do the recipients make reservations?

Can I just get inside with my Annual Pass?
Annual Pass members can enter the Aquarium with their guests without a reservation using the Member’s Lane during normal operating hours. Guests of members will need to purchase a timed ticket for admission. Guest tickets may be purchased at the main entrance. We recommend purchasing your guest tickets in advance for weekends, holidays and school breaks.
I need a refund on a ticket or Annual Pass.
There are no refunds for purchased tickets or Annual Passes. Date changes can be made 24 hours PRIOR to the date of the reservation for a minimal processing fee per ticket. Date changes are not allowed after the date of the ticket.
Can I buy a blank pass for my friends and family?
All Annual Passes need to be issued to a specific person. Upon their first visit, passes will be issued with a picture ID and will be valid for that individual only. Individual tickets for friends and family are available to purchase online or by calling Visitor Services at 404.581.4444. If you have an Annual Pass, you can purchase a Guest Pass and bring a different friend or family member with you each time you visit.
How many guests are allowed on my Annual Pass?
Although some zoos and aquariums have family passes, our passes are valid for a single individual. Each pass features a photo of the member. No one else can enter on your pass.
