Jazz Journeys at the Georgia Aquarium

Georgia Aquarium invites you to join us for a Jazz Journey. As part of the 30th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festivals "31 Days of Jazz," local artists will showcase their talents in the Aquarium Atrium from 7:30-10 p.m. every Friday night in May. Zebra Shark Pups
Some of the egg cases that a female zebra shark laid in the Ocean Voyager exhibit are starting to hatch. The pups are housed in the aquaculture laboratory, visible to school groups and behind-the-scenes tour groups. Remember - annual pass members get 50 percent off behind-the-scenes tours. Fish and Chips Golf Tournament
Georgia Aquarium's second annual 2007 Fish and Chips Golf Tournament tees off Monday, May 7, 2007. In addition to the tournament, the Georgia Aquarium is hosting a benefit dinner and auction Sunday, May 6, 2007. THEA Award
The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) recently selected the Georgia Aquarium as a 2007 Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement recipient. The Thea Award is designed to highlight and honor the best of the best in the themed entertainment industry based on experience design, storytelling, technology and architecture. Italian Aquatic Mural at the Georgia Aquarium
World-renowned Italian artist Silvio Irilli recently completed a beautiful mural on the Learning Loop at the Georgia Aquarium. It measures 128 square feet and depicts inhabitants of the Aquarium, centered around a whale shark. Irilli donated his time and expertise to the Aquarium for the project.
