From South of Atlanta via I-85/75 North:
Continue on 1-85/75 North toward Atlanta
Exit at 248C International Boulevard
Turn left onto Andrew Young International Boulevard
Turn right onto Spring Street
Turn left onto Baker Street
Cross over Centennial Olympic Park Drive
Turn right onto Luckie Street

From the East of Atlanta via I-20:
Continue on I-20 West
Exit at 56B Spring/Windsor Street
Turn right onto Spring Street
Turn left onto Marietta Street NW

Continue on I-20 East
Exit at 56B Spring/Windsor Street
Turn left onto Spring Street
Turn left onto Marietta Street NW
Turn right onto Jones Avenue NW (becomes Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. at Luckie Street intersection)

Motorcoach/Bus Directions & Parking

Hourly motorcoach and school bus parking is available at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) Marshalling Yard and is limited. Motorcoaches with group sales tours are required to pay $25 per motorcoach to park at the Marshalling Yard.

For directions to the Aquarium, click here. The motorcoach and school bus loading/unloading zone is located on Luckie Street near the Aquarium main entrance.

Continue through bus loading/unloading onto Luckie Street
Left at next light onto Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd.
Right after the overpass
Follow signs to GWCC and Marshalling Yard, which is on the right
From the South of Atlanta via I-75/85

Exit 246 Central Avenue
Left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive
Right onto Northside Drive
Pass GWCC Building C

Public Transportation

MARTA by Train:
The Georgia Aquarium is a 10-15 minute walk from either the CNN Center MARTA stop on the East/West line or from the Peachtree Center stop on the North/South line.

MARTA by Bus:
Bus service is available to the Georgia Aquarium from the Civic Center Marta bus station and Five Points MARTA station via Route 97.

ROUTE 97:
Go from Georgia Aquarium to Zoo Atlanta using MARTA’s Route 97. Enjoy under sea and land animals all in one day!

Georgia Aquarium is connected to the Civic Center Marta bus station and the Five Points MARTA train station by bus Route 97. Route 97 runs from 5:13 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 6:44 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
