What You Need to Know Before Making Reservations:
- All education programs meet Georgia Performance Standards (GPS).
- The cost is only $11 per student.
- For every five students, one adult chaperone gets free admission. This includes all teachers.
- Bus parking is free for teachers who book directly with the Aquarium.
- We offer reserved lunch seating. If you plan on eating lunch at the Aquarium, call 404.581.4000 to reserve your spot.
- Complete the checklist below before making your reservation. (This checklist is not your reservation.)
- Reservations must be made at least three weeks prior to your visit. Third-party bookings require the contact information for the teacher.
- Changes to your reservation must be made no later than two weeks prior to your confirmed visit date.
- If you are applying for admission through the Sponsored Education Admissions program, do not make a reservation. All deposits are non-refundable.
- You must present your reservation confirmation upon arrival.

Learning Loop Education Program Details:
- Programs begin Aug. 18, 2008 and end May 22, 2009.
- Programs operate Monday through Friday and are two hours long.
- Programs are scheduled at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- You must present your reservation confirmation number upon request.
- Schools are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Schools that arrive late will join the programs at the time of arrival. Programs will end at scheduled time.
- Programs are available for students K through 12th grade.
- There are 5 available groups per time slot.
- Group size: Minimum - 20, Maximum - 28
(If you are bringing more than 140 students, teachers must book mulitple dates.) - All accompanying adults are admitted free and must be 18 years of age.
- Adult ratio is 1 adult per 5 students. Adults receive free admission. Accompanying adults must be 18 years of age or older.
- Adult ratio includes all teachers.
- Requests for additional adults must be pre-approved.

Aqua Adventure Education Program Details:
- Programs begin Aug. 18, 2008 and end May 22, 2009.
- Programs operate Monday through Friday.
- Programs are scheduled on the hour during normal operating hours.
- Programs are available for students K-12 grade
- Adult ratio is 1 adult per 5 students. The ratio includes all teachers.
- Requests for additional adults must be pre-approved.

Pricing and Payment Policy:
- All education programs cost $11 per student—this covers the cost of the education program and bus parking.
- A $100 deposit, per date, is required to hold a reservation and will be credited toward your final balance.
- Reservations made with mail-in school check or money order will be confirmed upon receipt or check or money order, and dates are subject to availability.
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to your visit. Reservations made within 30 days require full payment at time Payment can be made by credit card online or via telephone.
- Payments made by school check must be received on or before the due date. Please reference your confirmation order number on the school check.
- Any payments for pre-approved additional students must be made 48 hours prior to your visit by credit card only.
- Bus parking and bus driver admission is included in the admissions fee only for schools with reservations made directly through Georgia Aquarium. Reservations made by tour operators must pay for bus parking.
- All deposits/payments are non-refundable, including no-shows.
Group Size:
- There is a minimum group size of 20 students.
- Maximum number of students per group is 28.
