Looking for a fun new place to trick-or-treat this year? For the second year, the Georgia Aquarium is transforming into the Georgia A-Scary-Um!
Join the Georgia A-SCARY-UM on Oct. 30 and 31, 2009 for Halloween and fa-BOO-lous
family fun, costumes and safe trick-or-treating for all ghouls and boys!
Watch how our Asian small-clawed otters, penguins and southern sea otters are celebrating Halloween - with pumpkins, tricks and treats!
See the animals participate in fun Halloween activities on Friday and Saturday! Stop by the Asian small-clawed otter exhibit at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., the piranha exhibit at 2 p.m. and the American alligator exhibit at 3 p.m. to see how our animals celebrate Halloween. Also check out underwater pumpkin carving in the Ocean Voyager habitat at 1 p.m. Activities take place at the same time on Friday and Saturday.
FREE ADMISSION! Kids 12 and under in costumes will receive free admission when accompanied by an adult. Offer valid for up to two children in costume per one paid adult or Annual Pass member on Oct. 30-31.
Not only will the Aquarium be decked out with Halloween-themed decorations, but there will be music, Trick-or-Treat candy stations
throughout the Aquarium, Halloween craft tables and costume contests for guests throughout the day!
So join the spider crabs, batfish and "ghost jellies" for a screaming good time!
