Set out on an expedition to discover the amazing flora and fauna that can be found in your own backyard!  Team up in inquiry based activities to explore all things Georgia, from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean. Learn about the state that Georgia Aquarium calls home with crafts, games, animals, hands-on activities, and meet and greets with animal experts.  By the end of the week, campers will have investigated a variety of Georgia ecosystems and gained the necessary knowledge to be an effective Backyard Buddy! 

Are you interested in becoming a Scientist of the Sea? Join us as we embark on an adventure that will put you in the shoes of an oceanographer. This week is designed to keep campers engaged with hands-on experiments to educate and inspire kids about marine science!  Activities during this camp will include hydrographic surveying, dissections, and meeting with Georgia Aquarium’s animal ambassadors! Come along with us as we learn more about what it takes to be a Scientist of the Sea!
