Atlanta's Most Unique Dance Class

Looking for something fun to do during the holidays? Grab your favorite dance partner (not needed, but encouraged!) and join us at the most unique and inspiring dance studio Atlanta has to offer – Georgia Aquarium!

Dance by the Water is the only dance class in Atlanta with an aquatic view and led by Fred Astaire Dance Studio instructors who teach to all experience levels. Group classes take place in our magnificent Oceans Ballroom, offering incredible views of manta rays and whale sharks while you challenge yourself to learning something new!

Hurry. Space is limited! Tickets are $25 per person and include a 60-minute class and complimentary parking in Georgia Aquarium’s parking garage. Doors open at 6 pm; class begins at 6:30 pm.

Event Info

  • While not required, we strongly suggest you bring a partner to dance with.
  • Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes and bring water along with you.
  • All participants are encouraged but not required to wear facial coverings while at Georgia Aquarium.
  • Intended for guests ages 8 and up.
  • Doors open at 6:00pm.  Class begins promptly at 6:30pm
  • Complimentary parking is available in our attached covered parking garage.  Please bring your parking ticket with you to receive your validation sticker.
  • Advance registration required. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Space is very limited, so please book early as we expect to reach capacity prior to class.
  • This ticket does not include Aquarium Admission.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no shows or late arrivals.
  • Access to class via Oceans Ballroom Entrance on the first floor of Georgia Aquarium’s parking garage ONLY.
