– SOLD OUT –  Consider our Valentine’s Sips Under the Sea Event

Drop your anchor for the night with YRS at Georgia Aquarium to ring in the New Year at downtown Atlanta’s most unique New Year’s Eve party! You’ll experience exclusive after-hours access to all Aquarium galleries, including our newest gallery – Sharks! Predators of the Deep. Your event ticket will include drink tickets for you to enjoy, along with the opportunity to purchase food from our café throughout the night. Join us in the atrium for music provided by Yacht Rock Schooner and AMP’D Entertainment, as well as for our official countdown when the clock strikes midnight. Know you’re doing an ocean of good as this fundraiser benefits our vital research and conservation initiatives. We can’t wait to send you warm wishes and smooth sailing into the New Year.

VIP Admission

  • Access to VIP lounge with dedicated bars featuring a champagne cocktail
  • Premium show viewing area
  • Access to main galleries until 11:45pm

Please Note

  • In accordance with a city executive order by the mayor, Georgia Aquarium is requiring our guests to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth during their visit beginning, Sunday, December 26th.
  • Guests must be 21 or older to enter the Aquarium for this event and will be required to show ID for entry, alcoholic drink consumption and/or ticket purchase.
  • Suggested attire “Yacht Rock Themed”
  • Additional drink tickets and food will be available for purchase with credit at event. No cash!
  • Guests enter through Georgia Aquarium’s main entrance.
  • Complimentary coat check is available.
  • Tickets available online or via the call center at 404-581-4000.
  • Tickets go off sale at noon on the event date or when sold out, whichever comes first.
  • Tickets will NOT be available for purchase at the door.
  • Last entry into the event is 11:30pm.
  • Last Pour for alcohol is at 12:45am.
  • The event ends promptly at 1:00am.

Refunds are not available for New Year’s Eve celebrations. A date may be changed free of charge if the change is made more than 10 days in advance of the original date of your visit. If the change is made less than 10 days prior to the original date of your visit, a $20 change fee per ticket will be charged. Late arrivals, cancellations, and no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. To change your reservation, please contact Georgia Aquarium Call Center at 404.581.4000.
