Summer is finally here and we’re looking forward to traveling again soon! Join us at our pre-flight party at Sips Under the Sea! Sponsored by Southwest Airlines, celebrating 50 years of Heart, join us for a night of dancing with Coast Guard the Band and DJs from AMP’D Entertainment! Together we are all doing an ocean of good!

All proceeds from this fundraising Sips Under the Sea goes to our Sponsored Education Admission program. This program has enabled over 260,000 students, attending Title I schools and non-profit organizations, to experience the magic of the world’s premier aquarium, and has allowed us to improve and expand our educational offerings. Your support helps us guarantee a legacy of awe, wonder and learning for generations to come!

Capacity is limited, face coverings are required, and the night is yours! And while you’re with us, look out for surprises from Southwest all through the night.

Sips Under the Sea is exclusively for adults 21 and older. Sips Under the Sea features popular cocktails, dining options and a live DJ, but with limited capacity to allow for safe social distancing. Face coverings are required in our galleries but may be taken off to actively sip on cocktails or while eating food in our designated areas.

Ticket Options

General Admission Ticket Includes:

  • Admission from 7:00pm-10:00pm
  • Dining options available for purchase in Café Aquaria until 9:00pm

VIP Ticket Includes:

  • Admission from 7:00pm-10:00pm
  • Three (3) alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink tickets
  • Dining options available for purchase in Café Aquaria until 9:00pm

Please Note

  • Guests must be 21 or older to enter the Aquarium for this event and will be required to show ID for entry, alcoholic drink consumption and/or ticket purchase.
  • Additional drink tickets and food will be available for purchase with credit at event. No cash!
  • Guests enter through Georgia Aquarium’s main entrance.
  • Face coverings are required for this event and must be properly used except when actively sipping on your beverage or seated in designated face covering free areas.
  • Tickets available online or via the call center at 404-581-4000.
  • Tickets go off sale at noon on the event date or when sold out, whichever comes first.
  • Tickets will NOT be available for purchase at the door.
  • Last Pour for alcohol is at 9:45pm.
  • The event ends promptly at 10:00pm.

Refunds are not available for any Sips Under the Sea event. A date may be changed free of charge if the change is made more than 10 days in advance of the original date of your visit. If the change is made less than 10 days prior to the original date of your visit, a $20 change fee per ticket will be charged. Late arrivals, cancellations and no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. To change your reservation, please contact Georgia Aquarium Call Center at 404.581.4000.
