Do you have a boardroom to accommodate small meetings?

We do not have boardrooms; however, our smallest ballroom is ideal for a group of 50 people and can accommodate up to 200 people.

What is included in the ballroom rental price?

Wolfgang Puck Catering is a full-service caterer that provides you with the following:

  • Tables
  • Classic White Basic Linens (floor-length linens are available at an additional cost)
  • Chairs
  • China
  • Glasses
  • Flatware

Can I bring in my own entertainment, florist, etc?

Yes. Please ask your sales manager for our full event guidelines for additional information.

Does the room rental charge go towards the food and beverage minimum?

The rental charge is an additional fee and does not apply towards your food and beverage minimum.

Is Aquarium admission required for our guests?

No, this is optional. For more information on aquarium activities, such as Aquarium Admission, Behind the Seas Tours, etc., please contact your Wolfgang Puck Sales Representative.

What do you need to hold a date?

Once you select a date with your sales manager and they confirm availability, we will send you a contract to confirm the date and times. We ask that you wait to send out any invitations for the event until all parties have signed the contract. The contract will need to be returned within 2 weeks along with the required deposit for date confirmation.

How much deposit is needed to hold a date?

The deposit consists of 50% of the combined room rental, and food and beverage minimum charges. Your final payment is due five business days prior to your event.

Do you offer direct billing?

No, all payments are due in advance and we accept the following forms of payment: Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What type of tables do you have?

  • 66 ½" Rounds
  • 30" and 36" High Boys
  • 48" Cocktail Rounds
  • 36" Cocktail Rounds
  • 6' or 8' Registration Tables

Can I set up Coat Check?

Yes, we do have coat check, and it is an additional charge based on group size. We require notice at least 14 days prior to the event to set up coat check.

Can you rent out the Indian Pre-Function?

This space is used as part of the ballroom space and is not rented individually.

If I rent out the entire Oceans Ballroom, can I use the Recognition Rotunda during the daytime?

No, the Recognition Rotunda is a part of the main aquarium and is not available for private events.
