Helpful Tips for Your Group’s Sponsored Visit

We are so excited to have your group visit Georgia Aquarium under our Sponsored Education Admissions Grant! As the day of your visit approaches, please use this guide to make sure your group has a fin-tastic experience!

Please note, this information applies to groups of 15 or more.

Finalize Your Reservation

If you have not done so already, please contact our office at to give us your final student count.

Your confirmation email will contain information on how many adult tickets your group will receive. If you need to purchase additional adult tickets, please reference your confirmation email for instructions on how to make that purchase.

Plan for Lunch

We understand that many groups travel with pre-packaged lunches and coolers. Please note, Georgia Aquarium does not allow any outside food and drink into our facility. Additionally, we are unable to store lunches or coolers during your visit. Please make arrangements prior to your visit to Georgia Aquarium if your group is traveling with pre-packaged lunches.

Purchase Bus Parking

If your group needs to purchase pre-paid bus parking, you may do so through the Georgia World Congress Center Marshalling Yard. Click here for information on how to purchase.

All tickets include Aquarium admission, all available shows, and all available animal galleries. Shows are subject to availability and are on a first come, first served basis. Show times are subject to change without notice. For current show times, click here. Remember: Georgia Aquarium is located in the Eastern Time Zone. Please plan accordingly.
