ALERT: After careful consideration, we have made the decision to close Georgia Aquarium to public guests. We continue to closely monitor this ever-evolving situation around COVID-19 with the ongoing commitment to the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff, volunteers and animals.

Sponsored Education Admissions

The 2019-2020 Sponsored Education Admissions Applications is closed. Please check back July 2020 to apply for the 2020-2021 school year.

Georgia Aquarium offers a Sponsored Education Admissions (SEA) grant to ensure that diverse audiences, regardless of economic status, have an opportunity to participate in our unique educational experiences at no cost. We are able to provide this gift to Title I schools and non-profit organizations operating in Georgia thanks to private charitable donations from generous corporations, foundations and individuals.

Funding is limited. The fall season is the ideal time for school groups to come explore. There is no better way to start off the school year than to cultivate the curiosities of your students with a trip outside the four walls of the classroom!

We are honored to be the windows to the aquatic world for all of your students. If you are a Title I school in Georgia or a non-profit that serves the students in our community, please apply for funding today!

Georgia Aquarium gives a special thanks to Ford Motor Company Fund and Publix Super Markets Charities for being generous benefactors of this program.
