This camp session runs from June 29–July 2. There is no camp on Friday, July 3, and no camp for ages 11–13 during this session.

Campers will spend the week engaged in fun and exciting activities! They will discover interesting facts about our aquatic friends and their habitats, as well as explore the wondrous ocean ecosystem. All Aquarium galleries and presentations are included.​

  • Campers 5–7 years old
    Aquatic Artists

    Get ready to unleash your inner artist and explore the brilliant world where science and creativity meet! Together, we will journey through the colorful depths of the ocean, mixing hands-on science with captivating artistic ventures. You will have the chance to draw inspiration from our knowledgeable experts, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, and incredible animals as we artistically express the beauty of the ocean. Don’t miss out on forging new connections between nature and imagination at Georgia Aquarium’s Camp H2O!

    Taxonomy Trailblazers

    Discover the incredible diversity of life on our blue planet! From fish gliding through the oceans to birds soaring overhead, animals fill every corner of the Earth. This summer, campers will explore how scientists make sense of so many species by diving into the world of biological classification. Through hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and up-close encounters, we’ll investigate the tools biologists use to understand how organisms swim, crawl, and fly and uncover the amazing connections that unite all living things!

    Pathways of the High Seas

    Chart your future with a compass set toward an exciting career in the zoo and aquarium field! Step behind the scenes at one of the world’s most renowned aquariums in this immersive experience, and explore career pathways in marine biology, animal care, conservation, and environmental education. From interactive labs to facility engineering, this hands-on learning will help you practice real-world skills and discover what it’s like to work in marine science. We can’t wait to welcome you to the team!
