Our mission is to inspire awareness and preservation of our ocean, and we are committed to making this vital experience accessible to all families and individuals.

That’s why we are proud to introduce our Community Access Program. This initiative is designed to ensure that more of our neighbors can explore, learn, and create unforgettable memories with our amazing aquatic animals.

Community Access Program Snapshot

We are delighted to offer deeply discounted admission to guests actively participating in Georgia state issued SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and eWIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children)
This is an online promotion only and must vouchers must be purchased prior to arrival to Georgia Aquarium, no walk-ups allowed.
Valid for visits on select weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Guest must select their exact date of visit to Georgia Aquarium as the voucher must be redeemed on that exact date.
Blackout dates for this program in 2025 are November 28th, December 26th, 29th, and 30th
Only 50 vouchers are available each designated weekday
Limited to 4 vouchers per transaction

How the Community Access Program Works

Buy Your Voucher Online

Choose a weekday date with Community Access Program availability on the calendar and purchase up to four vouchers. Community Access Program vouchers are online only and cannot be purchased at the Aquarium. Upon purchase, you will receive vouchers to be redeemed for tickets on the day of your visit.

Head to Guest Services

On the day of your visit, bring your vouchers, a photo ID, and your CAP, SNAP or eWIC card. When you arrive, stop by Guest Services before heading to the entrance. Our team will quickly verify your documents and provide a barcode for entry.

Once you’ve checked in, you’re ready to explore the Aquarium and experience all the magic inside!

Who is eligible for the Community Access Program?

Guests with an active Georgia state issued SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or eWIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children) card and photo ID are eligible to purchase Community Access Program vouchers.
What days can I visit with these vouchers?

The Community Access Program is available for weekday visits (Monday–Friday). Blackout dates for this program in 2025 are November 28th, December 26th, 29th, and 30th.
Can I buy Community Access Program vouchers in person at the Aquarium?

No, Community Access Program vouchers must be purchased online in advance. Walk-up purchases are not available for this program.
How many vouchers can I buy, and how many are available each day?

You can purchase up to four tickets per order. Only 50 Community Access Program vouchers are available each day, and popular dates may sell out.
What should I bring on the day of my visit?

Bring your vouchers, a valid photo ID, and your Georgia state issued SNAP or WIC card. The name on the ID must match the name on the vouchers.
Is parking included?

No, parking is not included in the price of Community Access Program vouchers.
Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for purchased Community Access Vouchers. Also, there are no refunds offered for any missed Sea Lion or Dolphin presentations.
Can I change the date for my voucher?

Vouchers are only valid for the date selected by guests which is noted on your voucher. Date changes are not permitted since this is an exclusive offer for a designated date.
Does my voucher expire?

Voucher expires one hour before the scheduled closing time on the date of your voucher. Check https://www.georgiaaquarium.org/daily-schedule/ for daily hours of operation on the date of your voucher.
Can I give / transfer this voucher to someone else?

The voucher must be redeemed in person at the Georgia Aquarium Guest Service Window by showing their physical Photo ID to match the name on the Voucher as well as SNAP (EBT) Card or eWIC Card as proof of validation. Once the voucher is redeemed in person, a physical Georgia Aquarium ticket will be issued immediately for admission for that day only.
Is the Dolphin and Sea Lion Presentation included in my voucher?

The Dolphin and Sea Lions Presentations are included once you redeem this voucher for a General Admission ticket. Our theater times, vary each day. Seating is first-come, first-served. There are no refunds offered for any missed presentations. Plan your visit in advance and view our daily schedule at https://www.georgiaaquarium.org/daily-schedule/
Can I hold a seat for the Dolphin or Sea Lion Presentation?

Guests can request to hold seats for the same day as the date on the voucher. Please click here to reserve your seat. Seat reservations open at 8am on the day of the date listed on your voucher. Seat reservations are not confirmed until you enter the theaters that day. Arrive early to theater to ensure your seats. Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to the schedule presentation time.
