Georgia Aquarium is open 365 days a year, with daily entry ending half an hour before closing. Hours are subject to change.

If you have selected to have your tickets shipped to you, your tickets will be shipped once your balance has been paid in full. Tickets are shipped via UPS.
If you have selected to pick up your tickets at the Will Call Window, please provide your photo ID and your confirmation number to the team member at the Group Entrance on Baker Street. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled entry time in case of a line.
Georgia Aquarium does not provide bus parking at our facility. If your group needs to purchase bus parking passes, you may do so through the Georgia World Congress Center Marshalling Yard which is located about half a mile from the aquarium. The GWCC Marshalling Yard requests bus parking to be purchased in advance. For bus parking related questions, reach out to the GWCC Marshalling Yard directly at (404) 223-4105.

Georgia World Congress Center Marshalling Yard is located at 362 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.
If you have purchased car parking passes for the group, please enter the Georgia Aquarium parking deck and take a ticket from the entry machine. You’ll be asked to scan your pre-purchased parking ticket in order to exit the parking deck after your visit. There is no re-entry allowed on pre-paid parking.
If you’re driving and planning to park onsite, use the following street address for a direct route to Georgia Aquarium parking: 357 Luckie Street, NW Atlanta, GA 30313.
The official Georgia Aquarium Parking deck is accessible via our entrances on Luckie Street or Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd.
There is very limited oversized vehicle parking available in our parking deck. Oversized vehicles will need to access the parking deck using the Ivan Allen Entrance, and see an attendant for access to the limited oversized vehicle parking spaces. We cannot guarantee access to the oversized vehicle parking spaces.

Please utilize our Group Entrance Sunday-Saturday for groups arriving by 4:00pm. After 4:00pm please enter through the Aquarium Main Entrance.
Your safety is our top priority! All guests will pass through security screening at the Group Entrance, before entering the building.
Please note the following items are prohibited from Georgia Aquarium:
If you are an officer who is required to carry a gun on your person at all times, you MUST notify your Sales Manager at least 48 hours in advance before entering the building.
All groups will exit through the Treasures of the Sea Gift Shop and buses will pick-up in front of the Group Entrance.
If you have a Behind the Seas Tour booked for your group, please check-in at the Guest Programs desk on the second-level located across from the Coastline Café. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time(s).
If you have an Animal Encounter or Immersion Program booked for your group, please check-in at the Guest Programs desk on the second-level located across from the Coastline Café. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled program time(s).
Dolphin Coast Presented by Margaritaville by Wyndham Presentation – This presentation is located in our Dolphin Coast Gallery. This show is approximately 20 minutes in length and will feature the beauty, athleticism and intelligence of these amazing creatures;.
Under the Boardwalk Sea Lion Presentation – This presentation is located in our Sea Lion theater. This show is approximately 15 minutes in length and will feature an up close look at our wonderful Sea Lions and dedicated trainers!
Advanced reservations are not available. You must make your reservation for the entire group the day of your visit by using our reservation link below or using the QR code at the Group Entrance. This link opens at 7:00AM.
Please note, you must arrive 15 minutes prior to showtime. Show capacities are limited and seating is not guaranteed without reservations. Seating in theaters is open and the entire group may not be seated together. Show times vary and blackout dates may apply.
Georgia Aquarium does not allow any outside food and beverage in the facility and we are unable to store lunches or coolers. No exceptions can be made. Please make meal arrangements in advance.
Save money and time with one of our pre-paid meal options for your group! Meals must be purchased 1 week in advance and the entire group must purchase the same meal option. No exchanges, no refunds, no substitutions. Mealtimes vary and are subject to availability. Seating for all lunches is first come, first served. We cannot make edits to your meal order within 1 week of your visit date. Please reach out to your Sales Manager for more information!
If you have purchased meals with Georgia Aquarium, you will receive the meal vouchers when you arrive at the Group Entrance. Tickets will have information about meal pick-up location.
If bringing pre-packed lunches, we recommend eating picnic-style on the grassy area between Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke or at Centennial Olympic Park. All coolers and lunches will need to be left on buses and cannot be brought/stored at Georgia Aquarium.
Your group is more than welcome to exit the aquarium for lunch and re-enter the same day. Before you exit, please visit our Guest Relations desk in the atrium for a reentry pass. You will re-enter through the Group Entrance.
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis free of charge with exchange of a picture ID at the Main Entrance and Information Desk. When you are done using the wheelchair you will have your ID returned to you upon return to the Information Desk. Look for wheelchair emblems on the floor at designated exhibits for unblocked access to exhibit windows.
Staff members are located throughout the galleries to give detailed descriptions of the exhibits. Guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities and working dogs in training are permitted inside Georgia Aquarium. Pets are not allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Free sensory bags are equipped with noise canceling headsets, sunglasses for those sensitive to light, a pair of fidget devices and an “I need/I feel” card, which may be used to help nonverbal individuals communicate with staff. Individuals may also add a weighted lap pad and/or a bouncy band for chairs to their kit when checking out the sensory bag. Sensory bags can be checked out at our Point of Sales desk located at our main entrance or at our Information Desk located in the main atrium. Designated quiet zones have been established throughout the Aquarium for families to use to help individuals decompress. These areas may be identified on the Aquarium map and via signage.
