- I have reviewed my invoice to make sure my itinerary is complete and will contact Group Sales Department at (404)581-4121 with any additional changes no later than 48 hours prior to the program.
- I understand the Georgia Aquarium DOES NOT allow outside food or drink and cannot store lunches or provide space for groups to eat lunches inside of the building. We will either purchase lunch at Georgia Aquarium or enjoy lunch outside the building.
- Upon arrival at the Aquarium, we will be counted, led through the Education Entrance (FULL GROUP must be present), and go through the security check point process which can take up to 30 minutes.
- I understand that if my group arrives late (15 minutes after program start time) for my instructor-led program, my program will be cancelled.
- I understand the complimentary adult to student ratio and will make arrangements accordingly for all additional adults.
- I understand that I am responsible for safety, behavior, and welfare of my students and chaperones and will ensure that students are actively supervised at all times and at all locations inside and outside of the building.
- My group will exit through the Education entrance (located in the Dolphin lobby) when our visit has concluded to meet our bus at the curb.
- I will have FUN and help my students make a connection between what they are learning in the classroom and the wonders of the aquatic world they are seeing in the Aquarium
