The ocean has gone through countless changes over time to resemble the underwater world we have today, and its organisms have adapted to a changing environment too. Join us as we look at modern ocean animals and how they’ve changed compared to their prehistoric relatives. We’ll dig into fossils and explore fascinating adaptations of animals, past and present, as we travel back in time to examine our evolving ocean.
Unwind and relax with a unique sound bath experience led by a healing practitioner and Reiki Master from SND Bath. This journey of sound incorporates angelic healing sounds which radiate from quartz crystal bowls tuned to your body’s energy system. The process works to move energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing in the body.
You will hear native drums that mimic the cleansing and clearing sound of ocean waves and gentle tones from Koshi chimes tuned specifically to the four elements. You will see calming ocean views that include whale sharks, manta rays, and so much more.

Wellness by the Water offers a new Pilates class, led by M3 instructors, and designed to challenge students of all experience levels. Sessions take place in our magnificent Oceans Ballroom, offering incredible views of manta rays and whale sharks while you challenge your mind and body. If your fitness goal is to become a happier and healthier version of yourself, this is the session for you.

Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Fan Night
Celebrate Bowl Week at this unique football event in Atlanta! Georgia Aquarium is offering football fans the opportunity to be surrounded by millions of gallons of waters, thousands of aquatic animals, and fellow football enthusiasts at Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Fan Night.
Fans are invited to explore all the Aquarium’s galleries, attend a mini-pep rally. There will be no lack of team spirit at our 5:30pm pep rally that will feature each team’s cheerleaders and mascots. Café and cash bar will be available from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.
